This is great to prove how much you hate the United States of America and every great thing it has ever stood for. And if you hate the United States of America that much and love Putin/Russia you should move there.

Because you are a true loser compared to true Americans that do love our Country and Constitution. In fact that is obvious in your panic desperation and anti American rants. You know you are losing and it terrifies you.

Now I knew in advance @manuel42 you would not be able to honestly debate me on this or anything else. In fact no treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republican can if they have to stick to the subject, no tangents or personal attacks, answer questions and use credible sources. For a very simple reason. Almost everything the believe and say are lies, false propaganda, and psychological projection where they falsely accuse others of what they are guilty of themselves. So they can not defend what they say if its going to get fact checked.

So I knew it would not be long before you just ran away.

But I am glad you at least made a feeble attempt before you ran away because for one it most certainly exposed the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republican lies false propaganda and psychological projection. But also exposed you for the big talking coward you are. And your own psychological projection.

You made this totally false accusation about me.

I have a pretty wide variety of sources. Many of my sources take recordings of real world events, politicians, speeches, etc. Then edits and brands them on youtube as either dark comedy or meme able clips. So I'm looking forward to the "youtube conspiracy theory" personal attack, as you would put it. I have no shame in my sources, but i have a feeling like half of them wont even register on your precious media bias gauge, the same gauge that puts raw story near the top of the heap. Whenever I read rawstory I laugh at how poorly thought out the articles are. So bias. So inaccurate. How much Russia propaganda did i see you pumping out over the years and NONE of it not one fucking lick of it was true.

And then laughably tried the dishonest dodge of claiming this somehow backed it up. When that is actually the J6 committee proving Trump attempted the first coup in American history and then incited an armed violent deadly insurrection to try and stop President Biden from being certified.

And then turned right around and proved yourself all that was just your psychological projection falsely accusing me of what you are guilty of yourself with this pure pro Putin/Russian false propaganda.

    manuel42 saud.

I like half the stuff putin does. The thing making it illegal to be gay? love it. military ads that look badass instead of non-binary inclusive, love it. moving away from the petro dollar and forming his own currency, it will suck for me but its a smart move. The west is collapsing. and Its all due to liberal policy and ideology. Everything is gay, the criminals are roaming free while joe vanilla gets crucified for protecting his property, the welfare state has killed the black family, censorship is everywhere. The only thing America got right (somehow in a liberal era) was getting rid of abortion and affirmative action. its fucking hilarious to me that, that happened under Biden of all people. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA fuckin losers.

Now that is pro Putin/Russia false propaganda that hits almost all the bases. The same false propaganda Putin/Russia has been cranking out for decades.

And at this point I am really wondering if that can possibly be just an accident and/or coincidence. You would not be the first Putin paid Russian troll/sock/bot to hit this forum. And in fact your use of English like its your second language, ignorance of American history, and attacks of the left are starting to seem very familiar to me.

So that also gives me something to watch more carefully in the future because I bet you trip yourself up.

Clear back when the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans were still screaming you just wait until our Red Tsunami hits and you progressive/liberal/Democrats are going to be so sorry. We will launch a horde of phony scam revenge hearings and impeach President Biden. And the White House and the Democrats were saying you just go right ahead because we learned our lessons from the Benghazi days and this time we will be ready willing and able to fight back.

Now being a Democrat for more than 40 years I didn't really believe them. Democrats are traditionally terrible at fighting back. But first the Red Tsunami turned into a limp dick piss stream. Giving Kevin The Coward on;y a razor thing majority. And then President Biden, the White House, and the Democrats showed up locked and loaded and ready willing and more than able to fight back.

Of course it helps that in order to become Speaker Kevin The Coward had to sell his soul to the most far right extremists and put the most stupid ignorant and mentally members of Congress in charge of their "investigation" which makes fighting back like shooting fish in a barrel. And they cannot tell the difference between just shouting their lies false propaganda and psychological projection into the right wing false propaganda noise machine and Congressional hearings. So the Democrats when they get equal time not only expose the lies false propaganda and psychological projection they make fools of the treasonous conservative.America Hating/Republicans and the press loves to cover that so the Democrats steal most all the 30 second sound bites.

And here's an example of that. President Biden knows impeachment is a win/win situation for him. He and the Democrats know the vast majority of Americans don't want to see that stunt. And if there is an actual impeachment proceeding the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans instead of just accusing President Biden of crimes they will have to put up their proof of that. And they got none. Which will make any impeachment attempt blow up in their faces. Which President is all but daring them to do.

But President Biden also knows that Kevin The Coward knows impeachment would be a disaster for them. Which is why Kevin The Coward keeps playing a game a three card monte where he's telling the Crazy Caucus he's thinking about moving ahead with impeachment. But not quite yet. So President Biden is putting the pressure on him. Calling his bluff which just infuriates the Crazy Caucus even more and puts Kevin The Coward's gavel at risk.

Its know of fun to watch actually.

White House: McCarthy ‘lying’ to cave to far-right in ‘impeachment stunt’

The White House on Tuesday accused Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) of lying in order to cave to the far-right members of the House Republican Conference and their push for an impeachment inquiry into President Biden.

Ian Sams, a spokesman for the White House Counsel’s Office, dug into McCarthy’s Fox News appearance Monday evening, saying he “continued lying about President Biden — making a series of plainly false, widely debunked attacks in order to promote the extreme far right’s baseless impeachment stunt that even some members of McCarthy’s own caucus are expressing concerns about pursuing.”

McCarthy on Fox News compared the Biden administration to the Nixon administration, arguing that they both used the federal government to obstruct congressional investigations. Sams called that comparison “bizarre” and “demonstrably false,” highlighting that the Biden administration’s Treasury Department and the FBI provided the now GOP-led House Oversight Committee with records and access.

McCarthy on Fox News echoed what House Republicans have characterized as bribes involving then-Vice President Biden and his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings.

Sams referred to the testimony released last week of Hunter Biden’s old business associate Devon Archer. In the testimony, Archer couldn’t corroborate allegations that Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky made two $5 million payments to Hunter Biden and his father. Archer also said he would disagree with the conclusion that then-Vice President Biden was bribed by Zlochevsky.

Last month, Republicans released an FBI form that contains an unverified tip that Biden was involved in such a scheme. The tip in the FBI form rests on a years-long allegation that Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in funding to Ukraine unless then-Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was ousted.

The White House has denied any wrongdoing, and evidence has never been raised showing that Biden called for Shokin’s ouster to help his son.

“Speaker McCarthy has decided the truth should not get in the way of his and House Republicans’ relentless efforts to smear the President. They are prioritizing their own extreme, far-right political agenda at the expense of focusing on what really matters to the American people: working together to make their lives better,” Sams said Tuesday.

He called pursuing an impeachment inquiry a “shameless and baseless” stunt and said that McCarthy and the GOP should instead be working with the president to bring down inflation and grow the economy.

“That is, after all, what the American people sent their leaders to Washington to do,” Sams said.

The statement from Sams is the latest example of the White House recently becoming punchier going into 2024, increasingly jumping in and bashing the GOP.

The White House has hammered Republicans and McCarthy over floating that the House would move toward an impeachment inquiry and has been quick with memos and statements to criticize the GOP attacks on the president.

While impeaching Biden might excite the party base, there’s no guarantee House Republicans would actually have the votes to pull it off. McCarthy can only lose four votes, and there are 18 Republicans who represent House districts that Biden carried in 2020.

That small margin for error is what the Congressional Integrity Project, a 501(c)4 political group formed to defend Biden from GOP investigations, is hoping to exploit. The group announced Monday that it’s launching a digital ad campaign calling out the 18 Republicans in their districts for failing to stand up to “bogus impeachment stunts.”

“Every Republican who fails to denounce these political stunts is complicit in using taxpayers’ money on behalf of Donald Trump,” said Kyle Herrig, the group’s executive director.

It’s hard to predict how impeachment would play out politically. Compared to the multiyear saga over Trump’s dealings with Russia and Ukraine, the GOP investigations into Biden have generated limited headlines. High-quality public polling on the question of impeachment is almost nonexistent.

So they are going to start a digital campaign and deflect the narrative to make Trump the problem?
    Or am I misreading it?

We actually have proof of this. Boebert of Colorado was actually bring impeachment to the floor for a vote. But they have to problems. One they don't have anything to impeach President Biden for. And two the at risk members of the treasonous conservative/America Hating/Republicans told Kevin The Coward if he tried to make them vote on that they would shove impeachment up his ass.

So he had to make Boebert back off. But now he is in danger of the Crazy Caucus taking his gavel away so he's telling them impeachment is still on the table.

But nothing has changed. They still don't have any evidence of President Biden committing crimes. And the at risk members will still shove it up his ass.

Which is why no one wants them to try and impeach President Biden more than President Biden. It will blow up in their faces like atomic and then he and the Democrats can start campaigning on their treason.

Starting a formal impeachment process would be a disaster for House Republicans and McCarthy knows it. Democratic resistance is all "don't throw me in the briar patch". They would have too easy a time of making GOP reps look like gullible stooges who are easily fooled by Russian misinformation.

This is absolutely right. As soon as they start a formal impeachment process the shit gets real and they have to start laying their cards on the table instead of just screaming about it into the right wing false propaganda echo chamber. Even their hearings so far have been nothing but comical train wrecks. But impeachment is a whole new ballgame and they will be facing President Biden, they White House, and Democrats in Congress, some of them with real world experience in impeachment Locke loaded and ready willing and able to fi9ght back.

But impeachment right now is the least of Kevin The Coward's trouble. They only have weeks if not days to actually govern and get appropriations passed before the government shuts down. And there is no indication at all that they can actually govern.

And they have made so much noise about everything else the American people are watching.

Please, House Republicans, Be Crazy Enough to Impeach Joe Biden

Longtime Ohio State University football coach Woody Hayes was once asked, back in the olden days, why he didn’t call pass plays more often. “Only three things can happen when you pass,” he said, “and two of them are bad.”

Well, I might say something similar about this bruited House Republican effort to impeach Joe Biden—similar, but worse. Only three things can happen if House Republicans impeach Biden, and from their perspective, all three of them are bad. So naturally I hope to God they’re bananas enough to do it.

Before we get to the heart of the matter—impeach him for what?—let’s run through the scenarios.

The first thing that can happen is that Speaker Kevin McCarthy could lose the vote on the House floor. That’s right. It seems, on the surface, inconceivable that a majority party in the House of Representatives could fail to win such a vote against a president of the other party. But it has happened before. It happened back in 1867, when the Republican Party overwhelmingly controlled the House and was split into two factions; their first effort to impeach Johnson failed, but eventually, the more moderate Republican faction came around and joined the Radical Republicans in impeaching Johnson (the Senate spared his scalp by one vote).

In modern history, enough Republicans opposed two of the four counts voted against Bill Clinton that those counts actually failed, so the House sent only two counts to the Senate (where Clinton was easily acquitted). So there is precedent for these votes failing, but that hardly softens what a mega-embarrassment such a vote would be for McCarthy.

Which House Republicans might oppose impeachment? There are 18 who represent districts Biden won. In some of them, Biden beat Trump by double digits. McCarthy, remember, has a 10-seat margin in the House, meaning he can lose only four votes and still get 218.

I would assume he has the sense to count noses and, if he lacks the votes, never bring such madness to the floor. But if his red-hots are so fuming that they demand he allow the vote or they’ll recall him as speaker, and he loses, he goes down in congressional history as one of the weakest speakers in history.

The second thing that can happen is that the House narrowly passes articles of impeachment along strict party lines. In this case, House Republicans will come across to your average voter as rabid. Obsessed. And petty—just doing it because Donald Trump was impeached. It would almost surely cost them their House majority.

The third thing is dependent on scenario two—the House passes impeachment and sends articles to the Senate. Then certain Republican senators who are up for reelection, as well as GOP candidates, will have a decision on their hands. Biden will never be convicted, as that requires a two-thirds vote. And there aren’t many states where Democrats have a realistic chance of a pickup. But the conventional wisdom today is that the Republicans will retake the Senate. That depends on them picking off, say, Sherrod Brown in Ohio. His GOP opponent (the leader right now is Secretary of State Frank LaRose) will be under heavy pressure in the primary to support impeachment. Good luck with that in the general. A crazy impeachment, as I’m sure Mitch McConnell well knows, gives the Democrats a fighting shot at holding the Senate.

All of which brings us to the central question I posed above. Impeach him for what?

On Fox News Monday night, McCarthy said something about the administration withholding information and compared Biden to Nixon. I’m not even sure what he’s talking about. There was a claim that Biden withheld 1,850 boxes of papers from his time as vice president. The AP judged that claim false. The FBI was refusing for a time to provide Republican Oversight Committee Chair James Comer with some information, but eventually Comer (and his entire committee) saw the material, which of course didn’t say what the Republicans claim it said. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s impeachment resolution, which she introduced back in January, is about “bribery” and doesn’t even mention withholding documents.

But anyway—withholding documents about what? Pertaining to what alleged crime? There is none.

If you tune in to right-wing media, of course, Biden is the most corrupt person on earth. Millions of people believe this. That doesn’t make it true. Comer and Jim Jordan’s committees have spent eight months pratfalling like Dick Van Dyke on his ottoman. They’ve produced no evidence of anything.

McCarthy knows this. On that same Fox appearance, Sean Hannity pressed him on whether Joe Biden can be charged with bribery, not because he allegedly benefited from anything in Ukraine but because of his son. McCarthy dodged the question. He also said something that could have come out of the mouth of his namesake Joe: “I think there’s enough proof out there that this Biden family needs to come forward and show there wasn’t a pay-to-play.” I see. That’s the modern version of prove you’re not a Communist.

Evidence doesn’t matter. They’ve already made up their minds. As the Queen said, “Sentence first, verdict afterwards.” I say let them do it. They will look insane to swing voters. Insane. Woody Hayes eventually came around on the forward pass, but fate ultimately brought him face to face with a very bad outcome indeed when, during a 1978 bowl game—after, true to his old worry, his quarterback threw an interception—he punched an opposing player. A college kid. He was fired instantly, because his act, to your average person, was insane. Go, Kevin, go. Throw that punch.

House Republicans issue new report on Joe Biden corruption… that again offers no evidence

Republicans on the House Oversight Committee issued another report Wednesday criticizing President Joe Biden and his family for allegedly corrupt international business dealings, but critics – including the White House – said the report is a political hatchet job that offers no proof that Biden was involved.

The committee, led by Chairman James Comer, said in the report that it plans to continue to investigate Biden to find evidence of corruption, even as it acknowledged that it had no evidence that he financially benefited from the myriad foreign business dealings of his son Hunter.

“During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as ‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine,” Comer said in a statement accompanying the release of committee report. “It appears no real services were provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself. And Hunter Biden seems to have delivered.”

The 19-page report was titled, “Third Bank Records Memorandum from the Oversight Committee’s Investigationinto the Biden Family’s Influence Peddling and Business Schemes."

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden's former business partner, passes through the security checkpoint as he arrives on Capitol Hill to give closed-door testimony to the House Oversight Committee in the Republican-led investigations into President Biden's son, in Washington, Monday, July 31, 2023. (AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite) ORG XMIT: DCSA101
Critics said the report, and Comer’s statement, marked a clear shift in strategy by the committee from one claiming it had the goods implicating Biden in corrupt schemes while he was vice president to one in which it says the lack of any such evidence must mean that he was involved.

“This stunt from Comer is just more of the same – no evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden, no new information to tie him to Hunter Biden’s business, and another desperate attempt to keep this bogus investigation alive” said Kyle Herrig, executive director of the Congressional Integrity Project. Comer’s fishing expedition continues to reel in nothing in a desperate attempt to distract from Trump.”

The White House said the new Comer committee report is part of a continuing effort by Republicans to smear Joe Biden without any evidence or even information suggesting wrongdoing.

“Today House Republicans on the Oversight Committee released another memo full of years-old ‘news,’ innuendo, and misdirection – but notably missing, yet again, is any connection to President Biden,” said Ian Sams, White House spokesperson for Oversight and Investigations. “Perhaps that is because – as recently as last week – the House Republicans’ own self-proclaimed “hero” witness who was “going to be able to come under oath and tell us exactly what role Joe Biden played” testified that President Biden never discussed these business dealings and was not involved.”

The 19-page memo released by House Oversight Republicans is based on bank records highlighting millions of dollars that Hunter Biden and his business associates received from a wide array of business arrangements overseas while his father was serving as vice president to President Barack Obama.

Few of the details appear to be new. But the memo details what it describes as new and damaging information, including “payments from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan” that occurred during Biden’s vice presidency. “The Committee has now identified over $20 million in payments from foreign sources to the Biden family and their business associates,” the report said.

The report also rehashes prior claims of corrupt dealings related to how Hunter Biden and former business partner Devon Archer allegedly used the business development and policy advisory firm “Rosemont Seneca Entities to bring in millions from oligarchs in Europe and Asia.”

And it mentions other business relationships between Hunter Biden and Archer that it claims were suspicious or corrupt, including payments by a Ukrainian oligarch while they were on the board of directors of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings LLC.

More: 5 takeaways from Devon Archer's testimony on Joe and Hunter Biden: 'There was no business conversation'

The new report is full of references to Archer, and says his recent congressional testimony “supports the Committee’s findings,” which have repeatedly alleged that Joe Biden himself was personally involved in – and benefitted from – Archer’s and Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings.

But after months of describing him as a smoking gun who would prove deep corruption within what Republicans described as the “Biden Crime Family,” Archer’s testimony July 31, if anything, appears to exonerate Joe Biden.

For instance, Archer testified that Hunter Biden put his father on the phone with clients before his father was elected president, but that they did not discuss business. He also told lawmakers the vice president was not involved in their financial dealings, despite the contacts, and that he had no knowledge of wrongdoing by Joe Biden.

And while Joe Biden at times has said he had no involvement with his son's business dealings at all, Archer testified that he did reach out and call his son -- but only to check up on him, especially when he was grappling with drug addiction and other problems.

"But, you know, Hunter spoke to his dad every day, right? And so in certain circumstances, when you're in -- you know, if his dad calls him at dinner and he picks up the phone, then there's a conversation," Archer testified. "And the, you know, the conversation is generally about the weather and, you know, what it's like in Norway or Paris or wherever he may be. But that was -- yeah, that happened."

More: 'How's the fishing?' Devon Archer testifies Joe Biden never talked business when put on phone

In their new report, the House Oversight Committee didn’t mention those kinds of details from Archer’s testimony. Instead, it said, “No one in the Biden Administration or in the (House Democratic) Minority has explained what services, if any, the Bidens and their associates provided in exchange for the over $20 million in foreign payments.”

“The Committee plans to gather additional bank records in the near future and continue following the money trail,” it said.

The White House on Wednesday jumped on that discrepancy, saying it was further evidence that House GOP members are trying to unfairly accuse Biden of wrongdoing, potentially as part of an effort to try and impeach him.

“This has been a pattern: time after time, Comer hypes up self-proclaimed bombshell findings about President Biden, and time after time, he fails to provide any actual evidence,” White House spokesman Sams said. “Today’s release is yet another flop.”

Florida Republican introduces impeachment articles against Joe Biden.
'It's long past time to impeach Joe Biden,' Steube said in a statement.

Rep. Greg Steube, R-Fla., jumped ahead of his Republican colleagues on Friday and introduced articles of impeachment against President Biden.

While several congressional committees are building a multipronged case to remove Biden from office, Steube said it was past time to take action. He filed articles of impeachment against Biden charging that the president had been complicit in his son Hunter's alleged crimes and had worked to shield him from justice.

"It’s long past time to impeach Joe Biden," Steube said in a statement. "He has undermined the integrity of his office, brought disrepute on the Presidency, betrayed his trust as President, and acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens."

Steube filed four articles alleging high crimes and misdemeanors by Biden.

The first accuses the president of abusing the power of his office by allegedly accepting bribes, committing Hobbs Act extortion and honest services fraud related to use of his official position. These charges arise from Biden's alleged involvement with his family's business dealings, including Hunter and James Biden's (the president's brother) alleged effort to sell access to then-Vice President Biden between 2009 and 2017 in exchange for "payments and business opportunities from foreign and domestic business partners."

House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky, on Wednesday released a memo purporting to show that foreign payments to the Biden family totaled more than $20 million — though Democrats say none of the evidence shows that President Biden accepted any payments or committed misconduct.

The second article charges that President Biden obstructed justice, citing IRS whistleblower testimony that "members of the Biden campaign improperly colluded with Justice Department (DOJ) officials to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have been committed by Hunter Biden." Both the Justice Department and special counsel David Weiss, the U.S. attorney appointed to investigate Hunter Biden, have denied that the Biden administration impeded Weiss' work.

The third and fourth articles accuse Biden of "fraud" and paying for Hunter Biden's illegal drugs and trysts with prostitutes, respectively.

"The evidence continues to mount by the day – the Biden Crime Family has personally profited off Joe’s government positions through bribery, threats, and fraud. Joe Biden must not be allowed to continue to sit in the White House, selling out our country," Steube said.

On the same day, Steube introduced legislation to require the Secret Service chief to write a report on the illicit use of controlled substances in the White House. The move comes after the Secret Service closed its investigation into cocaine found at the White House last month without identifying a person of interest. Steube named the bill the "Helping Understand Narcotics Traces at the Executive Residence (HUNTER) Act."

"The United States Secret Service (USSS) refers to themselves as one of the most elite law enforcement agencies in the world. It’s completely unacceptable that the USSS has failed to find who is responsible for bringing cocaine into one of the most secure buildings in the world," he said. "The American people deserve answers. My legislation demands information on the closed investigation into the cocaine found at the White House in July and focuses on how Congress can provide oversight to prevent future illicit usage of controlled substances in the White House."

Steube's articles of impeachment have jumped ahead of at least four GOP-led committee investigations pursuing avenues to impeach Biden or his top officials. The White House has ridiculed suggestions that Biden should be removed from office.

"We’re not going to get into what House Republicans want to do or may not do — hypotheticals. That’s on them. That’s for them to speak to. What I can speak to is exactly what we’re doing today." press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in July.

And in related news, Joe is being sued because he refuses to provide documents detailing the Chinese "donations" to the Penn/Biden center.
You recall the Penn center, right?
Where Joe was "storing" some of his top secret documents stolen from the government?

Biden Admin Sued After Refusing To Provide Documents About Chinese Donations To University ‘Biden Center’ | The Daily Caller

The Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies (DFI) filed a lawsuit Wednesday against President Joe Biden’s administration for allegedly failing to produce records regarding Chinese and Chinese Communist Party-linked donations to the University of Pennsylvania.

DFI filed three Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) from February 2022 to 2023 asking for records regarding foreign donations, gifts and contracts with the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy & Global Engagement, according to the documents. The department, however, has not completed the requests, prompting DFI to file a lawsuit in the hopes of gaining access to the documents, according to the court documents. (RELATED: Dem Donor Behind Vast Pro-China Propaganda Network: REPORT)

“The American people have a right to know why the Biden administration ended all open investigations into universities that may not have accurately reported their foreign financial ties,” DFI President and Co-Founder Bob Eitel told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The University of Pennsylvania received a 400% increase in foreign donations after establishing the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in 2017. Given that the Biden Center was associated with several persons now working in very senior levels of the administration and that one of them is the President of the United States, the public is also entitled to know what role Penn or the Biden Center played in any of these decisions.”

The Penn Biden Center opened in 2018 in Washington, D.C., in honor of then-former Vice President Joe Biden, according to the center’s website. The center’s purpose is to help students and faculty “develop and advance smart policy, and strengthen the national debate for continued American global leadership in the 21st century.”

DFI’s lawsuit accuses the DOE of violating Section 117 of the Higher Education Act, which requires schools to disclose gifts, funds, donations and the like from foreign groups. The organization’s first FOIA produced no records, the second FOIA was “ignored” by the DOE and the department said that “due to the unusual circumstances” around the organization’s third request it would take longer than the standard 20 days to respond and has yet to reply, according to the lawsuit.

The university’s ties to special interest groups, many with ties to China and even the CCP, have been well-documented. University records obtained by Americans for Public Trust in May found that UPenn received over $105 million in gifts and donations between 2018 and 2020, according to Fox News.

The China Entrepreneur Club and China Molybdenum donated $7 million during that time frame and both groups have a history with Biden’s son Hunter Biden, according to Fox News. Stephen MacCarthy, UPenn vice president for university communications, told Fox that none of the donations were given to UPenn’s Biden Center.

DFI argued in the lawsuit that the administration has abandoned its own rules for transparency by refusing to answer the FOIA requests.

“Such disclosures are intended to promote public transparency about the role of foreign funding and influence in American higher education,” the lawsuit reads. “Since 2021, the Department has refused to enforce Section 117 disclosure and transparency requirements against colleges and universities. The Department’s refusal to provide a full, comprehensive production of records — indeed, any records — pursuant to DFI’s FOIA requests underscores the apparent abandonment of Section 117 enforcement by the Department.”

DOE, the White House and UPenn did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

    More to come...

    117th CONGRESS
    1st Session

    H. RES. 57

Impeaching Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States, for abuse of power by enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors.

    IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Mrs. Greene of Georgia submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

    RESOLUTION
Impeaching Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States, for abuse of power by enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Resolved, That Joseph Robinette Biden, President of the United States, is impeached for abuse of power by enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following article of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:

Article of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Joseph Robinette Biden, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for abuse of power by enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors.

    article i: abuse of power

The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” and that the President “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”.

In his conduct as the former Vice President and current President of the United States, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the offices of the Vice Presidency and President of the United States, and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, defend, the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Joseph Robinette Biden abused the power of the Office of the Vice President, enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors, by allowing his son to influence the domestic policy of a foreign nation and accept various benefits—including financial compensation—from foreign nationals in exchange for certain favors.

As Vice President, Joseph Biden was the senior Obama Administration official overseeing anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine. Hence, any illegal activity involving corruption conducted by Hunter Biden within or in relation to Ukraine would fall under the purview of the Office of Vice President Biden and the Obama State Department’s anti-corruption efforts. In fact, many State Department officials within the Obama Administration repeatedly registered reservations about Hunter Biden’s role on the board of a corrupt company. Thus, any instances of corruption on behalf of Hunter Biden via his role as a board member of the Ukrainian-operated Burisma energy firm were either not investigated or covered up. The evidence of widespread knowledge, corruption, and collusion on behalf of the Biden family with foreign nationals is clear and compelling.

Among other examples, it has been materially demonstrated that:

    (1) According to the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, the Vice President’s office and State Department officials were aware but ignored concerns relating to Hunter Biden’s role on the board of a Ukrainian-based natural gas company (hereafter, “Burisma”).

    (2) According to the same sources, Hunter Biden’s and his family’s financial transactions with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh, and Chinese nationals raise criminal concerns and extortion threats.

    (3) In early 2015 the former Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, George Kent, raised concerns to officials in Vice President Joe Biden’s office about the perception of a conflict of interest with respect to Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board. Kent’s concerns went unaddressed, and in September 2016, he emphasized in an email to his colleagues, “Furthermore, the presence of Hunter Biden on the Burisma board was very awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anticorruption agenda in Ukraine.”.

    (4) In October 2015, senior State Department official Amos Hochstein raised concerns with Vice President Biden, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine. Vice President Biden did not resolve this conflict of interest. Instead, he enabled it.

    (5) In addition to the over $4 million paid by Burisma for Hunter Biden’s board membership, Hunter Biden, and his family received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds. Specifically, the ongoing FBI investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop revealed that Hunter received a 2.8 carat diamond gift from a high-ranking Chinese official in 2017. Hunter Biden told the New Yorker Magazine that he “felt uncomfortable receiving the diamond and gave it to other associates”.

    (6) Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jianming, founder of the CEFC China Energy Company, Ltd., Gongwen Dong, and other Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow. There exists a vast web of corporate connections and financial transactions between and among the Biden family and Chinese nationals.

    (7) Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring”.

    (8) In 2016, Ukraine’s top anti-corruption prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, had an active and ongoing investigation into Burisma and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky. At the time, Hunter Biden continued to serve on Burisma’s board of directors. According to news reports, then Vice-President Biden “threatened to withhold $1 billion in United States loan guarantees if Ukraine’s leaders did not dismiss [Shokin]”. After that, Ukraine’s Parliament fired Shokin.

    (9) Hunter Biden received millions of dollars from foreign sources as a result of business relationships that he built during the period when his father was Vice President of the United States and after. The financial transactions which Hunter engaged in illustrate serious counterintelligence and extortion concerns relating to Hunter Biden and his family.

    (10) Hunter Biden’s work with Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime illustrate the deep financial connections that accelerated while his father was Vice President and continued after he left office.

    (11) On June 23, 2011, Sean Conlon, a business associate of Hunter Biden, suggested that a $10 billion deal could be struck in exchange for certain persons meeting Vice President Biden. This shows deliberate “pay-for-play” and “quid-pro-quo”. The email, in full, to Robert Biden, from Sean Conlon, is as follows:

    (A) “So we have engagement letter if they get other 10 bonds they have a face value of 10b. While it is far fetched Devon [Archer] said he talked to his professor and these get traded. We get 10% in fees. We need to get these guys to an event or something where they get to just formally meet your Dad. For follow on they can talk to Chief of Staff. Let me know how soon we can do that. V brief. If Nagi get that done we get more bonds to move. Regards your hard working partner in Positano! Sean” (emphasis added).

    (12) Emails between Hunter Biden and his cousin reveal that the President of Hunter’s Chinese Communist Party-linked firm, Eric Schwerin, repeatedly asked Hunter for an appointment to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad—a position he ultimately received. The email from Hunter to his cousin, Missy, regarding the request for the appointment to the Commission is as follows:

    (A) “Eric asked for one of these [an appointment] the day after the election in 2008. You know better than me what are real and interesting appointments. Let’s go through the list with Steve and see what makes sense. I don’t know how much 2016 and nepotism plays into it.”.

In all of this, President Biden gravely endangered the security of the United States and its institutions of government. Through blatant nepotism, he enabled his son to influence foreign policy and financially benefit as a result of his role as Vice President. He supported his son engaging in collusion with Chinese Communist Party-linked officials. He allowed his son to trade appointments with his father and other high-ranking administration officials in exchange for financial compensation. He permitted his son to take money from Russian oligarchs, including Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.

In so doing, Joseph R. Biden threatened the integrity of the democratic system, interfered with the peaceful transition of power, and imperiled a coordinate branch of government. He thereby betrayed his trust as former Vice President and current President, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore President Biden, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to national security, democracy, and the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. President Biden thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

Florida Republican files articles of impeachment against Biden
BY TARA SUTER - 08/12/23 5:19 PM ET

Rep. Greg Steube (R-Fla.) announced he filed articles of impeachment against President Biden on Friday.

In a statement, Steube’s office said he filed the articles against the president for “for high crimes and misdemeanors.” The articles feature accusations of fraud, obstruction of justice and bribery stemming from allegations of illegal business dealings and tax crimes.

“It’s long past time to impeach Joe Biden,” Stebue said in the statement. “He has undermined the integrity of his office, brought disrepute on the Presidency, betrayed his trust as President, and acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens.”

Prove my case to who? I'm not the one who filed the articles of impeachment.... Perhaps you should take your gripe up with Greg Steube.

Besides, you libtards tried to impeached Trump with a phony Russian dossier. So by your standards, facts, proof or even the truth is not needed.

The mountain of evidence against the biden crime family is real and growing every day....

This is a fact. However, I imagine you will want to stay in denial until then.

You and dementia joe can sweat it out while you wait....

Denial of what? So far the right has done nothing but bluster. You keep telling us that these banks have all the goods, and that while the average person gets two flags of shady transactions, but some how the Biden's got 160... Seems that says more about these banks that they would allow everything to go beyond the two regular people get... And then you add to that that comey doesn't include the names of the banks in his reports.

      Please, bring on the impeachment!

    In no particular order:
    * Trump guilty of sexual assault..>>> From the ethos, comes accusation of Biden showering with his daughter.
    * Trump impeached (twice)..>>> Republican majority House seem about to debate impeaching Biden for 'something'.
    * Trump indicted one, two, three...no, four times..>>> Republican majority House out to get some Biden related to POTUS, that'll do.

    Seems weak.
